Minnie (Yeager) Thompson

Minnie (Yeager) Thompson, 78, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2022. She was a woman filled with faith and devoted to her family.

She was born on March 26, 1944, in McHenry, Kentucky, to John Yeager and Nora (Decker) Aiken. In addition to her parents, Minnie was also preceded in death by her sons, Donnie, Tony, and Tommy Thompson; and brother, J.C. Yeager.

Minnie is survived by her son, Michael "Mickey" Thompson; daughters, Deborah, Sharon, and Melissa Thompson; sister, Ruth Hilton; 15 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with her funeral service taking place at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at St. Stephen's Cemetery in Louisville.
