Milley R. (Embry) Kemper, 93, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, August 17, 2023.
She was born on March 7, 1930 in Morgantown, Kentucky to the late James A. Embry and Della (Geary) Johnson. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Fred Kemper; son-in-law, Randall Thomas; and 6 brothers.
Milley is survived by her loving daughter, Barbara Thomas; son, Don (Becky) Kemper; 8 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and brother, Paul Embry.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, at the funeral home with entombment to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
