Mikki Renay Keathley

Mikki Renay Keathley, 62, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, July 28, 2023. Mikki was the most caring and selfless person, a wonderful mother and friend, and was always there for everyone. She was a dedicated UofL fan and never missed a game. She graduated from PRP and went to college at UofL. She worked at Sts. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital for 25+ years. Mikki will truly be missed by anyone and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

She was born on July 24, 1961 in Louisville, Kentucky to Rhondy and Connie (Sparks) McGeorge. She is preceded in death by her mother, Connie McGeorge and sister, Rhonda Cummins.

Mikki is survived by her loving family: father, Rhondy (Dee) McGeorge; husband, Dean Keathley; children, Chris (Katie) McGeorge, Christina (Robert) Irvine, and Jak Keathley, grandchildren, Makaya Sauer, Marissa McGeorge, Miley McGeorge, Brayden Gray, and Brenton Gray; Siblings, Mark (Heather) McGeorge, Sr., Kristi (David) Lauder, Kara Hunter, and Nick (Shelli) Hunter; nieces and nephews, Billy McGeorge, Mark (Kelcey) McGeorge, Jr., Machelle Whitaker, and Brandon Whitaker, as well as a host great-nieces, great-nephews, family, and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 6, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her celebration of life service will be at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
