Mike Gant

Mike Gant, 63, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2019. Mike worked as Masonry and Bricklayer. He was an avid UK Sports Fan. Mike was always a kind person, who never met a stranger, and would always lend a helping hand. His door was always open to his friends in need. Mike was truly a one-of-kind person who will be missed and remembered by all who knew him.

He was born on July 26, 1956 in Louisville, Kentucky to George and Shirley (Cooley) Gant. Mike is preceded in death by his Wife, Jackie Gant, and Parents.

Mike is survived by his Brothers, Tommy K (Sherry) Gant, and Tony (Cindy) Gant, Sisters, Ann (Jeff) Liebert, and Brenda Wall. He also leaves behind to cherish his memory a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and extended family and Friends

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Monday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
