Mickey L. Roby

Mickey L. Roby, 39, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, May 18, 2021. Mickey was a fun loving person and always had a smile on his face. He loved family gatherings, cook outs, and holidays. He was an avid fan of movies, music, and UK basketball. Mickey loved his family and friends and he was a good hearted person who will truly be missed.

He was born on June 7, 1981 in Louisville, Kentucky to Bobby Smith and Theresa Skaggs. He is preceded in death by his father, Bobby Gene Smith, Sr.

Mickey is survived by his loving family, mother, Theresa Ruth Roby; siblings, Donna (Rodger) Bratcher, Bobby Smith, Jr., Susan Smith, Carl Manley, Jr., Kerry L. (Sondra) Roby, Chris L. (Lori) Green, and Phillip L. Green; nephew, Cameron Manley and niece, Alyssa Manley; Marvena. As well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends to cherish his loving memory forever.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, May 28, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 10:30 am on Saturday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Bethany Memorial Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
