Michelle Rene Ray

Michelle Rene Ray joined our Heavenly Father on May 6, 2020 after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer. Michelle was born in Cherry Point, North Carolina but lived most of her life in Louisville, Kentucky.


She was a VP Product Manager at Bank of America Merchant Services, where she worked for 22 years.

Michelle is survived by her mother, Ellen (Jackson) Ray, grandmother Idabell Griffin, uncle Danny Jackson (Cindy), aunt and friend Tina Lovelace (Keith). She dearly loved her cousins; Daniel, Melissa, James, Austin (Ryann), Zack (Ashley), Danielle (Daniel), Tyler, Taylor, Alex (Jesse), Cameron, Gabby and all of her special friends. Michelle is also survived by her pride and joy, Lola.

Michelle loved her life! She loved to travel, enjoyed the arts and most of all, spending time with her friends and family.

A celebration of Michelle's life will be held at a later date.

The family requests that contributions in Michelle's memory be made to Kentucky Humane Society.
