Michael Wayne Sells
September 6, 1944 — June 23, 2013
Michael Wayne Sells, age 69 of Mt. Washington, passed away Sunday, June 23, 2013. He was an Army Veteran and retired from Kitchen Kompact. He was an avid outdoorsman and was devoted to his children and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Porter and Dorothy Sells, and his brother, George Sells.
Michael is survived by his children, Perry Sells (Leslie), Jeannie Love, Treva Hale (Kurt); 6 grandchildren; 2 brothers, Tom Sells and Neville Sells; sister, Sue Sparks. He is also survived by a host of family and friends.
Funeral ceremony will be 12:30pm Thursday, June 27, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with burial to follow at 2pm at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central. Visitation will be 3-8pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
