Michael "Greg" Mattingly

Michael "Greg" Mattingly, 52, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2023. Greg was passionate about music and his knowledge spanned genres and generations. He was a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend who never met a stranger and loved his family & friends endlessly. While this loss leaves an immeasurable void for many, we can always find his presence in a song.

He was born on October 11, 1970 in Louisville, Kentucky to Michael and Sharlene (Dickerson) Mattingly. He is preceded in death by his Father, Michael Paul Mattingly and Mother, Sharlene Frazier.

Greg is survived by his loving Wife of 13 years, Deborah Lee Mattingly; Children, Cameron Wright, Caila Wright and Darcy "Daniel" Mattingly; Sister, Stacy (Billy) Brown; Beloved Beagle, Max, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends to cherish his memory forever.
