Michael Michelle Logsdon, 53, of Louisville, KY passed away on March 6, 2014. Michael was born on February 11, 1961, in Louisville to the late Virgil and Lena (Peters) Logsdon.
He is survived by his brother, Johnny Ray Logsdon (Virginia); sisters, Carol Canaday (Bobby), Debra Seadler (Tony), and Leisa Logsdon (Sonny); numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, and his beloved pets.
Michael was a proud member of AA for 25 years. He gave talks at schools and community events for HIV prevention. Michael was very involved with HIV and AIDS related charities and causes.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Sunday, March 9, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home - Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy). Funeral Ceremony will be held Monday at 10:30 am at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to AIM-Aids Interfaith Ministries.
