Michael Anthony Lewis

Michael Anthony Lewis, 35, of Fairdale, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at Sts. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on February 5, 1982 to Roy Lewis and Lori Johnson.


Michael is survived by his beloved children, Chaise Lewis, MacKenzie Lewis, Madison Lewis, Patience Lewis and Annemarie Brockman; father, Roy (Pam) Lewis; mother, Lori Johnson; a sister, Stacey Lewis; and a host of other family members and friends.

Funeral Ceremony will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway with burial to follow in St. Andrews Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
