Michael is survived by his mother, Peggy Kline, sister, Cindy Sipes (Kevin), nephew, Brad Biggers (Heather), niece, Julie Ivey (Rob) and nephew, Matthew Biggers.
Per Michael's wishes cremation was chosen and there will be no services.
