Michael L David, 37, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2017. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on October 25, 1980 to Samuel D. Ellis and Marcia Moore.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Deon A. Allen; grandparents, Annetta Wright Ellis and Douglas Ellis and grandmother, Mary David.
Michael is survived by his beloved parents, Samuel D. Ellis, and Marcia Moore; brother, Samuel D. (Januari) Wilson; sisters, Porsha Ellis and Chelsea Ellis; son, Michael David, Jr.; daughter, Ja-leyah Rudolph; step-mother, Sandra Dunbar; sisters, Chantel Moore and Jennifer Kimble; brothers, Terry L. Crumpton, II and Andrew Henderson; special aunt, Deondra (Kevin) Kimble; grandfather, Clifton David; and a host of other family members and friends who will greatly miss him.
Michael's wishes were to be cremated.
Funeral Ceremony will be 2:00 pm Friday, November 10, 2017 with a visitation from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, Kentucky 40272.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that expressions of sympathy be made to the Trust of Michael's children, c/o of Deondra Kimble, P.O. Box 20214, Louisville, KY 40250.
