Michael Dewayne Cooper was born on March 17, 1968 in Louisville, Kentucky. He gained his wings on April 30, 2022 at the age of 54.
Michael Cooper attended Southern High School until 11th grade. During his younger adult years, he became a chef. He loved to cook and eat. He was always the chosen one to cook during the holidays. He was also "The #1 Fan" of the Louisville Cardinals, 49ers, and the Redskins. He loved to watch football on Sundays and Basketball everyday with his wife, Alicia Cooper.
Michael is preceded in death by his mother, Betsy Ann Morris, and his son, Quinton Jackson. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Alicia Cooper; his sons, Antonio Ballariel & Antuan Ballariel; his daughter, Yvette Cooper; his grandchildren, Khalani Cooper, Brayden Jackson, Antonio Ballariel Jr.; his Father, James Cooper and his siblings, Carolyn Cooper & Demetrius Latham Sr., as well as other relatives and friends who all will miss him very much.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2022 from 1:00PM to 3:00PM at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville) with services to follow at 3:00PM.
