Michael "Mike" Lee Barnett, born January 23, 1954 went to be with God July 22, 2013.
Mike and Kay loved going to Rough River and spending time at their cabin and with family. He was an avid UK fan and never missed a game. He enjoyed going to car shows, street runs and working on cars.
Mike was a loving husband to Kay Barnett of 33 years and loving father to Jamie Michelle and Michael Lee II, loving brother to Patsy Ann (Gary) Thompson and loving brother-in-law to Kathy Barnett. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clinton and Lorena Barnett and brother, Walter Barnett.
Visitation will be Thursday at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest
Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway from 2pm-7pm with funeral service following at 7pm.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made to the family.
