Melinda was an amazing spouse, mom, meme, daughter, sister and friend. Caring for others came natural
for her; she was a home health aid for some time and even when she passed with family by her side she was able to save 3 other peoples lives by being an organ donor. Melinda loved spending time with her family, going to cookouts, dancing with her grandkids, going shopping and getting her nails done and spending time with her dogs, Sassy and Bruno. Melinda had a beautiful personality that people were naturally drawn to, which was perfect for her because she never met a stranger. Her time on this earth was short, but that time people had with her was so precious. She will be missed by many, especially the ones that loved her the most; her family.
The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the health care workers from Kindred that loved her and helped her and her family recently.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, May 15th and from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Thursday, May 16th at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (10304 Dixie Hwy).
