Megan Lee Hazzard

Megan Lee Hazzard, 24, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2023. Megan was a character and had a very unique personality. She was the life of the party and a wild sunflower. Megan had a great sense of humor and loved to make people laugh. She loved adventure and enjoyed spending time drawing. Megan was a devoted friend and was well loved by everyone. She will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.

She was born on April 26, 1999 in Louisville, Kentucky to Chastity Hazzard. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Charles K. Hazzard, Jr.; and aunt, Michelle Shoemaker.

Megan is survived by her loving family, mother, Chastity Marin; step-father, Christopher Albright; grandmother, Darlene Hazzard; sister, Emily Albright; nephew, Giovanni Albright; brother, Julian Marin; aunts, Stacy (Gill) Sidebottom, Hollie (Jake) Ashby; as well as a host of many cousins, extended family and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.

Visitation will be on Saturday, June 10, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway.
