McKinley Hall, 83, passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at Kindred Care in Corydon. He was a Jehovah's Witness by faith and a U. S. Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War. McKinley worked at G. E., William's Box Lunch, and retired from Southern Standard Cartons.
McKinley was born on August 14, 1929 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Marion and Mazy (Isaac) Hall. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Virginia (Kelly) Hall. Survivors include his daughters, Cassondra Scott, Candace Litton, Angeli Hall, son, Kenyon Hall; brother, Roy Hall; grandchildren, Bryan and Tristan Scott, Andrea Loos, Heather Borgmeier, Lori Litton, Alexis, Chassity and Kerstyn Robards, Blake and Cody Marvin; great-grandchildren, McKennah Devine, Julia and Ella Borgmeier, and the twins.
A Memorial Visitation will take place on March 30, 2013 from 11 AM to 1 PM at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (210 Quarry Road Northwest, Corydon IN 47112) with a Memorial Service being held at 1 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in McKinley's memory be made to Hosparus - the Hospice Community of Southern Indiana (624 East Market Street, New Albany, IN 47150), the Alzheimer's Association (6100 Dutchman's Lane, Louisville, KY 40205), or to The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (210 Quarry Road Northwest, Corydon, IN 47112).
The family requests that anyone attending the visitation or memorial service who has family photographs to please bring them to share memories and celebrate his life.
