Mary Rita Greenwell

Mary Greenwell, 73, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on November 4, 2014. She loved cooking and baking for her family. Mary was an avid doll collector. She was a very caring and loving mother and grandmother.

Mary was born on April 3, 1941, to the late James and Evelyn Hardy. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Greenwell, Sr. and several brothers and sisters.

Mary is survived by her, children, Melvin David Walls, Jr, Darrell Omer (Sandra) Walls, Diana (Donnie) Williams and Robert Greenwell, Jr.; grandchildren, Kimberly Walls, Kyle Walls, Kathleen Walls, Jade-Ah Williams and Marlee Williams; brothers, Jimmy (Rosie) and Tommy Hardy; sister,Sharron (Joseph) Zoeller and several nieces and nephews.

A gathering will be from 3pm to 5pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville) with her Memorial Service beginning at 5pm.
