Mary Ireland

Mary Ireland, 65, Went home to her Heavenly Father August 7, 2021. Mary carried a few different titles, mom, sister, grandma and wife. Mary followed Christ and was a faithful prayer warrior. Mary enjoyed her black coffee, her furry friends, as well as family time and showing Duane up on their fishing adventures. Mary lead the legacy of being the fruit of the Spirit and you knew it when you talked to her.

She was born on April 15, 1956 in Bardstown, Kentucky to Poggon and Mary (Dewitt) Combs. She is preceded in death by her Parents, Daughter, Christa Combs, Brothers, James Stanley Combs, Joseph Combs, James Allen Combs, and Sister, Mary Eve Morgan.

Mary is survived by her loving Husband of 32 years, Duane Ireland, Son, Aron (Crystal) Combs, Daughter, Allie Ireland (Wesley Walker), Grandchildren, Alyssa Combs, Devon (Georgi) Napier, Madison Napier, and Colin Combs, Brothers, Charles (Phyllis) Combs, and Billy Combs. Mary also leaves behind to cherish her memory a host of Nieces, Nephews, Friends, and Extended Family.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.

The family requests that contributions in Mary's memory be made to Kentucky Humane Society Equine.
