Mary N. Gordon

Mary N. Gordon, 77, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022. Mary was a loving wife, mom, grandma, and friend. She always loved spending time with her family at gatherings. She will truly be missed by anyone and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

She was born on September 11, 1944 in Louisville, Kentucky to David and Mary (Byrne) Scott. She is preceded in death by her Father, David Enoch Scott, Mother, Mary Agnes Schoonover, Husband, Kenneth Leeman Gordon, and Great-Granddaughter, Maci Long.

Mary is survived by her loving family, Children, Lisa Marie (Kevin) Croninger, Kimberly Michelle (Rick) Gordon, and Kevin Patrick Gordon; Bonus Daughter, Carole Sue Shofner; Grandchildren, Christopher Long, Alyssa (Jared) Clark, Corey (Kaci) Long, Colin Church, Connor Church, and Brianna (Austin) Crawley; 9 Great-Grandchildren, as well as a host of family and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Thursday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.

The family requests that contributions in Mary's memory be made to Alzheimer's Association.
