Mary Elizabeth Vonallmen
Mary Elizabeth (Stone) VonAllmen, 74, passed away on Wednesday, November 3, 2010. She had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed watching TV. Some of her favorite shows were "Little House on the Prairie" and "Leave it to Beaver." Mary was also a lifelong member of Mount Tabor Presbyterian Church in New Albany, Indiana.
Mary was born on August 10, 1936 in Bennettsville, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Ronnie Stone.
She is survived by her children, Curtis E. VonAllmen of New Albany, Michael L. VonAllmen of Lebanon, Tennessee, Patricia A. Speedy of New Albany, Elisa H. Stephens and her husband, Danny, of New Albany; brother, Leroy Stone and his wife, Eva, of Morgan Field, Kentucky, sister, Dorothy Briles of Clarksville; 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Cremation was chosen and burial will be private at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany. Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, IN 47150) was in charge of the arrangements.
