Mary Diane Searcy, 73, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on April 17, 2024. She was born on December 18, 1950 in Jackson, Tennessee to Kathleen Krider and the late David Flinn.

Diane is preceded in death by her father, David Flinn, her step-father, Phillip Krider and sisters, Belinda Thomas, Patricia Frashure and Pam Bowling.

She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Gilbert Searcy, Jr.; her children, Mary Asbury (Ricky), Pamela Fritsch (Dan Gale), Pamela Hunstad (Tyler) and Rebecca Townsend (Brandon); her mother, Kathleen Krider; also, 6 siblings, 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at Newcomer, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive). A service to celebrate her life will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park in Louisville.
