Martha Lee Edington

Martha Lee Edington, age 84 of Louisville, passed away Thursday, November 14, 2013. She was a member of Poplar Level Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Edington; parents, French and Lillie Sallee Brooks.

Mrs. Edington is survived by her children, Vicky Simpson (Roger), Kathy Hall and Scott Edington (Vicki); grandchildren, Larry Simpson (Paige), Christi Whaley, Steven Simpson (Heather), Jason Hall (Stacey), Jill Ixcoy (Jonathan), Jamie Gregory (Jeremy) and Kayla Hall; great-grandchildren, Mackenzie, Loren, Tyler, Jayden, Noah, Caleb, Mya and Zachary; sister, Mae Buschkoetter; and brother, Kenneth Brooks (Harriet). She is also survived by a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral ceremony will be 11am Monday, November 18, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with burial to follow in Bagdad Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 2-6pm Sunday, and after 9:30am until time of service on Monday.
