Martez Christopher Wade, (Tez), 17, passed away on September 5, 2018. He was born in Louisville, Ky on August 6, 2001. He attended Breckinridge High School and was in the 11th grade.
Martez was survived by his parents Mary Williams and Lamar Wade, brothers and sisters, Jasmine Williams, Marsha Wade, Alessia Watson, Lamar Wade Jr., Amari Wade, Cortez Holt & Zion Wade. He is also survived by grandparents Robin Shepherd, Lee Williams, Victoria Wade & Christopher Wade, and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be Saturday, September 15, 2018, at Forest Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church, 4205 E. Indian Trail, Louisville, KY, from 10am-12pm with a celebration of Martez's life beginning at 12pm.
Burial will follow at Green Meadows Cemetery, 3800 Shanks Lane, Louisville, KY.
