Marsha Kay (Danner) Flick

Marsha Kay (Danner) Flick, 53, a loving wife, mom, Mimi, daughter and sister, of Greenville, Indiana, passed away on Friday, October 13, 2023. She was a member of First Southern Baptist Church in Floyds Knobs and had served as the director for over 20 years at Kids of the Kingdom Preschool. Marsha was passionate about her career in working with children. She was always helping others, supporting her family and loved being a Mimi to Kyler and dog Mamaw to Oakley.

She was born on September 14, 1970 in New Albany, Indiana to Carolyn (Goebel) Danner and the late Walter Danner. Along with her mother, Marsha is survived by her loving husband, Tom Flick, Sr.; children, T.J. Flick (Danee), Alissa Flick; granddaughter, Kyler Flick; sister, Kristi McClellan (Frank); nephew, Matthew McClellan; and many extended members of the Flick family.

Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Thursday after 9:00 a.m. Her funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Greenville.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Marsha's memory may be made to Kids of the Kingdom Preschool or the American Heart Association.
