Marsha Kay (Watkins) Cerhan, 66, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Monday, November 27, 2017. Marsha was a member of Silver Street United Methodist Church and a member of the TOPS weight-loss group. She loved animals, camping, and traveling, but her true love was being with her family.
Marsha was born on April 14, 1951, in New Albany to Irma V. (Martin) Watkins and the late Elbert T. Watkins. Along with her mother, she is survived by her beloved husband, Robert W. "Bob" Cerhan; children, Robert "Bobby" Cerhan III, Stephanie Reynolds (Brad), and Holly Cerhan; grandchildren, Nick Padgett (LeeAnne), Robert Cerhan, Samantha Carman (David), Michelle Cerhan, Dalton Padgett, Devin Cerhan, and Cody Cerhan; five great-grandchildren; sister, Cherie Ellmers (Glen); nieces, Allison Lagstrom (Scott) and Amy Kavanaugh (Ethan); and one great-nephew and two great-nieces.
Visitation will be on Sunday, December 3, 2017, from 12:00 Noon to 6:00 p.m. at Newcomer-Southern Indiana Chapel (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana). Visitation will continue on Monday, December 4, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon at Silver Street United Methodist Church with her Funeral Service following at 12:00 Noon. Burial will follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
