Marlene Hale

Marlene Hale, 71, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, November 24, 2021. Marlene was born in Frankfort, Kentucky to Pete and Rachel Hammond. She went on to meet the love of her life Gary Hale in 1968. They were married in 1971 and just celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in July. The focus of Marlene's life was her faith and family. She was an active member of Southeast Christian Church. She devoted most of her love and time to her husband, children, grandchildren, and extended family, and loved traveling with everyone.

Marlene will be dearly missed by her loving husband, Gary; her children, Rebecca (Andy) and Adam; her grandchildren, Noah (Anna), Malia, Saige, and Chi; also, by her mother, Rachel; and sisters, Pat (Charlie) and Alicia (Phil); many nieces and nephews; and a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 4 pm to 8 pm on Monday, November 29th at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243. The funeral service will be held the following day, Tuesday November 30th at 11 am at Southeast Christian Church, 920 Blankenbaker Pkwy Louisville, Kentucky 40243, with visitation to start there at 10 am until time of service. Entombment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
