Mark S. Carter

Mark S. Carter, 55, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2025. Mark was a 20 year veteran of the United States Navy and a proud Patriot. He dedicated his life to helping family & friends. To know Mark was to love him and he will be truly missed.

He was born on July 20, 1969 in Louisville, Kentucky to Larry and Nina (Thompson) Carter. He is preceded in death by his Father, Larry (Ruth) Steven Carter, Sr., and Sister, Angela Marie Clark.

Mark is survived by his loving Mother, Nina Jeanne Carter; Siblings, Larry S. (Suzanne) Carter, Jr., Lisa Gayle (James) Standard, and Sara Beth Cutsinger; His Best Bro, Pete Feliciano; Beloved Pet, Molly, as well as many loving nieces & nephews, family, and friends to cherish his memory forever.

Marks Cremated Remains will be interred at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.

The family requests that contributions in Mark’s memory be made to Tunnel To Towers Foundation.
