Marion Homeister

Mrs. Marion R. Homeister, age 70 of Louisville, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 24, 2011. She was a member of the St. Bernadette Catholic Church, the ladies auxiliary of Knights of Columbus and American Business Women's Association. She was retired from Celanese Coatings Company and Eckart Granules.

Marion is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, John L. Homeister; daughters Kimberly L. (Burgin) Yates and Melinda J. Wilson; five grandchildren, Brandee, Robin, Darius, Tyree and Kaiden; and 2 great grandchildren, Telaysia and Terrodjah; siblings, Shirley Montgomery (Bill) and Garland Wyatt (Barbara).

Funeral ceremony will be 11:00 am Tuesday at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church with burial to follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central. Visitation will be 3-8 pm Monday and Tuesday after 9:30 am at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown. Rosary service will be 7:00 pm Monday.
