Marilyn (Kavanaugh) Forshee, 59, formerly of Richmond, Kentucky, passed away at the home of her daughter in Louisville, Kentucky, on November 25.
She was an accountant and last served in the position of Executive Director of the Housing Authority in Okolona, Mississippi.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Callie Kavanaugh; an infant sister, Jacqueline Kavanaugh; and a brother William Kavanaugh, Jr.
She is survived by her daughters, Rachelle (Alphonso) Nichols and Asherra (Muai-Aakhu) Meskheniten; her sons, John (Angela) Thomas, Jr. and Tremayne Thomas; a brother, Stephen (Linda) Kavanaugh; father, William (Evelyn) Kavanaugh, Sr.; 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, and a host of other family members and friends.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am – 11:00 am at Williams Memorial Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 30, 2011, with a graveside service immediately following at 30093 Gates Drive, Okolona, Mississippi
