Margaret Ferber

Margaret Louise (Nadorff) Ferber, 93, died Friday, May 27, 2011 at her residence. Margaret was born November 13, 1917 to the late Edward Henry & Louise Ann (Weisenberger) Nadorff. She was united in marriage to the late Lawrence Alexander Ferber and to this union brought four children to bless their home. Margaret was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in New Albany.

She is survived by her children, Melba Powell (Walter), Gene Ferber (Carolyn), and Rhonda Ferber; grandchildren, David Powell, Kelly Richter, Christy Hubbard, Tonja Foster, Traci Dennison, Angie Ferber, Kerri Ferber, Denise Whitesides-Skeeba; and 14 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and her husband, Margaret is preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Whitesides.

A graveside ceremony is scheduled for Tuesday, May 31, at 12:30 PM at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in New Albany. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Alzheimer's Association (6100 Dutchmans Ln Ste 401, Louisville, KY 40205-3284).
