Margaret Kathleen Boling

Margaret "Kathy" Boling, age 82 of Crestwood, Kentucky passed away Monday, July 3, 2023. She was a resident of Crestwood, Kentucky since 1975. Kathy graduated from Southern High School in 1958 and worked for a period of time at Brown & Williamson. She met the love of her life "Ed" Boling in the early 1970s. They married on July 1, 1972 and celebrated their 51st Anniversary July 1, 2023. She co-founded Boling Insurance Service, Inc. with Ed in October of 1979. She served as secretary/treasurer until the business was sold on July 1, 2017. Kathy was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Alice Mattingly; her father, Paul Priddy; sisters, Betty Carroll, Rose Evans; brother, Charles Kenneth Priddy; and daughter, Nancy Sue Crim.

Kathy passed leaving her loving husband, Edwin "Ed" Boling; daughter, Jennifer A. Boling; son, Robert P. Miller (Dawn); four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; sister, Lois Shifflett (Arvil); several nieces and nephews; and a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 3 to 5 pm on Friday, July 14, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243, with a celebration of Kathy's life at 5pm. Private burial will follow in Floydsburg Cemetery, Crestwood, Kentucky.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude or the WHAS Crusade for Children.
