She was born on April 8, 1931 in Wheatley (Owen County), Kentucky to the late Bill and Iva Maddox. Marcia is also preceded in death by her brother, Jack Maddox.
She graduated from new Liberty High School and then went to work for the F.B.I. in Washington, D.C. and in Louisville, Kentucky. She then started caring for elders and also traveled with them.

She most recently lived at Brownsboro Park Retirement Community for the last three years. She enjoyed socializing and dining with her dear friends at Brownsboro Park.
Marcia loved going out to eat lunch weekly and shopping with her granddaughter Brittany and daughter-in-law Belinda, who loved her dearly. We will miss her love immensely.
