Lynette Cline Madison, 82, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on March 11, 2023 in the comfort of her home.
She was born on November 17, 1940 in Sweeden, Kentucky to the late Ballard and Pauline Cline. She is also preceded in death by her husband, James Madison; grandson, Nicholas Risen; and brother, Reuben Cline.
Lynette was a successful hairdresser and business owner for over 40 years. She was most known as a great mother, Mommanet, and friend.
Lynette is survived by her daughters, Paula Frankel (Alan), Robin Etherton (Jay), and Tammy Risen (Ken); grandchildren, Brant Bowman (Valerie), Daniel Vincent (Paula), Amanda Leazer (Marvin), Evan Thompson, Lindsey Risen, Katelin Willis (Isaiah), Emily Wilson (Matthew); step-grandchildren, Holly Humphries (John), Jenny Helfrich (Dale), Stefanie Hall, Kimberly Kelty, and Kevin Etherton; great grandchildren, Berkley, Dylan, Rilee, Cash, Luke, Todd, Mindy, Shelby, Sam, Sydney, Maddy, Kansas, Preston, Erin, Meredith, Madison, Jeryn, and Ethan; and 2 great great grandchildren, Alison and Nathan.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 from 4 to 8 P.M. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive). A service to celebrate Lynette's life will be held the following day at 11 A.M. at the funeral home.
