Lula Pauline Ayers

Lula Pauline (Fuson) Ayers, 69, of New Albany passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2011. Pauline was born on May 22, 1942 in Pekin, Indiana to the late Boyd and Marjorie E. (Atkins) Fuson. She is also preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey DeWayne Ayers; brother, Edwin Fuson; and sister, Candy Fuson.

Pauline is survived by her husband, Tommy Ayers; children, Tonda Wilhoite and her husband, Sam; Tommy Ayers, Brian Ayers, Chris Ayers, Paula Ayers, and Todd Ayers and his wife, Amanda; siblings, Boyd Fuson, Jr., Ruth Brumback, Ruby Mason, Rhonda Arnold, Roy Fuson, Troy Fuson, Timmy Fuson, and Tessie Moberly; seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 PM on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Funeral Service will be at 11 AM on Wednesday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Horner's Chapel Cemetery outside of Palmyra, Indiana.
