Lucy Greenwood

Lucy "Bobbie" Greenwood, 77, long-time resident of Louisville, KY, entered into Heaven on Saturday, October 13, 2012 after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Lucy was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Lillie (Meredith) Flake; sisters, Margaret and Lillian; brothers, Jack, John and Clarence.

Lucy is survived by her four children, Diana (Terry) Guffey, Everett Greenwood Jr., Steven Greenwood, Denise (Andrew) Davis; seven grand-daughters, Jill, Jan (Joseph), Joni (Christopher), Jordan, Amber (Christopher), Heather, and Meredith; and four great-granddaughters, Emilee, Jaida, Sydney, Lyndsey, Hayley; and two great-grandsons, Kamden and Carter.

Visitation will take place Tuesday, October 16, 2012, 4pm to 8pm, at Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Dr, Louisville) with a Service following, Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at 11am. Interment will follow at Nichols Cemetery, Hawesville, KY
