Lucy Mallis, 83, passed away on October 10, 2014, in Louisville, KY
Lucy was the loving mother of Abe and Nettie Mallis, grandmother of Marci Mallis and Dominick Alexzander Mallis, passed away on October 10, 2014, in Louisville after losing her battle with cancer. She was a bright spirit that made many people's lives better. She was an avid gardener, an excellent cook and a care tender to any animal that came her way. She had an open heart for anyone who needed her. Her warm smile, bright eyes and caring spirit will never be forgotten. She leaves behind extended family in Atlanta, Florida and Columbia.
Visitation will be Monday October 13, 2014, from 10am-1pm with services beginning at 1pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Highway).
Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints. Psalm 116:15
