Louis Donnahoe

Louis "Buddy" Donnahoe age 78 of Shelbyville, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, May 25, 2023. He was born on April 14, 1945 in Memphis, TN. Buddy, as he went by, lived in Shelbyville, KY at the time of his death. He served 4 years in the Navy where he learned his future was in computers. He worked in that field until he retired in 2006 from Warner Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, GA. Buddy is preceded in death by his mother, Frances Pearl; his father, Howard B.; and his younger brother, Don Donnahoe.

Buddy leaves the following to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Barbara; his sons, Damon Sean Donnahoe (Leah), and Christopher Adrian Donnahoe (Sierra); his step-daughter, whom he raised, Amy Nickens Nation (Gabe); his grandchildren, Emma Donnahoe, Baylee Donnahoe and Savannah Donnahoe, Lexie Nation and Ian Nation, Nathan Wright and Olivia Schuler; and a host of family and friends.

On Saturday, June 10, 2023, there will be a Celebration of Life at Guist Creek Lake and Marina, 11990 Boat Dock Road, Shelbyville, KY 40065 from 2pm - 5pm with Military Honors at 3:00pm.
