Lori Ann Rodgers, lovingly known as Gigi, made her grand entrance into the world on April 30, 1974, in Jeffersonville, Indiana. A radiant soul whose smile and laughter could truly light up any room, Lori’s warmth and compassion touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. She was a person who opened her heart and home to anyone who needed it, making friends feel like family and family feel loved endlessly.
On January 5, 2025, Lori left this world, leaving behind an irreplaceable void in the hearts of her loved ones. She is survived by her devoted husband, Jon Rodgers, who cherished every day of their journey together. Lori is also survived by her son, Alex (Elizabeth) Rodgers; daughters, Hannah and Abigail Rodgers; grandchildren, Jeremiah and Isaiah Rodgers, Autumn and Emmett Baumgardner, her sunshine bear, Tyberius Stepp, and Isabeau Stepp; parents, Earl and Ruth Blevins, siblings, Marcella Griffin, Susan (Billy Duncan) Blevins, and Missy Blevins; nephews, Mark Whitten and Joseph Rodgers, and Nieces, Katie Duncan and Megan Duncan.
Her passion for life and the joy she found in family were evident in her every action.
Though Lori may no longer walk among us, the laughter, love and sparkles, and kindness that she poured into the lives of those around her will live on.
Cremation was chosen following Lori's wishes. Her ashes will be buried in Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
