Lola Dean (Barrett) Davis, 94, of Louisville, passed away on Tuesday, March 20, 2012.
Lola was born on July 19, 1917 in Lyon County, Kentucky to the late George & Henrietta (Robertson) Barrett. She was a faithful member of Ninth & O Baptist Church where she was involved with the Senior Choir & Children's Nursery.
Her loving family includes her children, Clifton (Faye), Ruth (Jim), & Larry (Cindy); sister, Lucille; grandchildren, Terri, David, Gregg, Cheryl, Doug, Wendi, Jimmy, Morgan, & Meredith, and many great grandchildren all of whom she loved and adored.
Visitation will be from 10 AM to 1 PM on Friday, March 23, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with her Funeral Service immediately following at 1 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Eddyville, Kentucky on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at 1 PM Central Time.
Memorial contributions may be made to a church or charity of the donor's choice.
