It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lisa Minzenberger, 68, of Louisville, Kentucky, who departed this life on Friday, October 18, 2024.
Lisa was a beacon of love and warmth in the lives of those fortunate enough to know her A devoted wife to David for 46 wonderful years, she cherished her role as a mother and memaw, pouring her love into her family. Her children and grandchildren were the center of her universe, and she ensured they felt cherished and supported throughout their lives.
Beyond her family, Lisa's passions were varied and vibrant. She loved spending time with her husband and friends, often indulging in shopping adventures that brought her joy. A tech-savvy individual with a flair for embracing the Christmas spirit all year round, Lisa also had a deep affection for animals, which was evident in her caring nature.
Born on January 30, 1956, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Frank and Ruby (Key) Pollard, Lisa leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness. She is survived by her beloved husband David; her daughter Abby and son-in-law Jesse; her son Scott and daughter-in-law Mandy; and her cherished grandchildren: Cameron, Caleb, Madison, Mason, and Jesse. They, along with her extended family and countless friends, will carry her memory in their hearts forever.
A visitation to celebrate Lisa’s life will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on November 1, 2024, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, followed by a funeral service at 12:30 p.m. Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
