Lisa Marie Green, 35, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2019. Lisa was outgoing and always wore a beautiful smile. She had a great sense of humor and enjoyed music and having fun. Known by many as "Baby Lisa," she will be greatly missed.
She was born on February 6, 1984, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Michael Green and Carrye (Carman) Cavataio. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Billy Carman and Jewell Green.
Along with her parents, Lisa is survived by her sons, Don, Dayven, and Drake Houchins; stepfather, Christopher Cavataio; grandmothers, Linda Carman and Judy Green; siblings, Michael Green and Casie Green (fiancé Donnie); nephew, Caden; aunts, Kathy Ashby (Richard), Sherry Knowles (Jamie), and Kathy Carman.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 28, 2019, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with her funeral service taking place at 3:00 p.m. Cremation will follow and Lisa will be laid to rest privately at Bethany Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
