Along with her parents, she is survived by her step-father, Shawn Belty; step-mother, Lynnette Adams; grandmother, Jeanne Adams; siblings, Cass Adams and Anna Owen (Michael).

Cremation was chosen and Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) was entrusted with her care.
