Linda Owens

Linda Lou Owens, 69 of Goshen passed away peacefully on September 2, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 19, 1943 in Cumberland, Harlan County, Ky. She was the daughter of the late Alma and Harold Bailey. Linda was preceded in death by her parents and her son Gregory Allen Owens.

Linda is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Alonzo(AL)Owens; daughter, Susan Riley(Mike); son, Michael D. Owens(Karen); five grandchildren; Kelly, Brandi, Kayla, Courtney and Gregory and four great-grandchildren;siblings, James Bailey, David Bailey, Bill Bailey and Joe Bailey.

Visitation will be on September 5, 2013 from 4-8 at Newcomer Funeral Home 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville,Ky and Friday September 6, 2013 from 9-10am with service to follow at 10am. Cremation was chosen and her remains will be buried with her son at Zachory Taylor Cemetery.
