Linda Sue Mengyan, 76, of Prospect, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2024.
She was born on August 30, 1947 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Orval and Mabel (Barnett) Bland. She is also preceded in death by her sister, Anita Gadd.
Linda is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Michael D. Mengyan; children, Susan Mengyan, Michael Mengyan (Shannon), Thomas Mengyan (Kathy), Sandra Mengyan Brown (Jon); grandchildren, Ashley Duimstra (Justin), Taylor Mengyan, Jessica Mengyan, Joshua Mengyan; four great-grandchildren, Aspin, Faith, Blakely and Elijah. She is also survived by her sister, Patsy Norman (Marvin).
Per Linda's wishes cremation was chosen and celebration of life will be on Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at New Life Church, 3402 Goose Creek Rd, Louisville, KY 40241.
The family requests that contributions in Linda's memory be made to Hosparus of Louisville.
