Linda J. Klein
Linda J. Klein, 52, a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister, of Louisville, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2011. She was an avid pet and animal lover.
Linda was born on May 3, 1958 in Louisville to Barbara J. (Stobaugh) Klein and the late John J. Klein. She was also preceded in death by her son, Daniel Zabel.
Along with her mother, she is survived by her children, John Showalter of Jeffersonville, Cheryl Peacock of Louisville, siblings, Jerry Klein (Tina) of Buckner, KY, Billy Klein (Chrissy) of Louisville, Brenda Wilder of Louisville, Carolynn Baxter of New Albany, Bob Klein (Lisa) of New Albany; grandchildren, Alyssa Showalter, Leahonna Showalter, Bailey Findley, and Caleb Richey; and good friend, Steve Zabel of Lanesville.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 PM on Monday, April 18, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Funeral Service will be 11 AM Tuesday, April 19 in the Paul F. Kraft, Sr. Memorial Chapel at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
