Linda Sue Huffman, 73 years of age, passed peacefully on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at her home in New Albany, IN. She was born August 3, 1949 to the late Paul and Mattie Huffman in Louisville, KY.
Linda graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School, Louisville, KY in 1967 and went on to achieve a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. After retirement she volunteered for Hospice of North Carolina, the New Albany Public Library and the White Flag Coalition of New Albany, IN.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Paul Helm Huffman and Mattie Leon (Logsdon) Huffman of Jacksonville, FL.
Survivors include; brothers, Paul Lawrence Huffman (Phyllis), Wayne Brooks Huffman (Robin); children Daniel Lawrence Blankenship (David), Susan Beth Knoop, Cassandra Wren Sweed, and Michael Thomas Winn; 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and best friend of 30 years, Joyce Hofmann.
Donations in Linda's memory can be made to the Homeless Coalition of Southern Indiana (P.O. Box 1871 - New Albany, IN 47150)
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
