Linda Diane (Patterson) Hale, 72, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2020. She retired as a nurse from Baptist East Hospital. Linda was a member of Eastern Parkway Baptist Church. She enjoyed family gatherings and was known for her "world famous" potato salad.
She was born on November 26, 1947, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Charles, Sr., and Doris (Bader) Patterson. Linda was also preceded in death by her sister, Joyce McCue.
Linda is survived by her siblings, Charles "Larry" Patterson, Jr. (Janet), Donna Moseley (Bobby), Steven Patterson, Karen Blake, and Lisa Foley (Tim); brother-in-law, Marty McCue; 20 nieces and nephews; 38 great-nieces and -nephews; and 10 great-great-nieces and -nephews.
Cremation was chosen following Linda's wishes, and Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) was entrusted with her care.
