Linda Sue (Buckingham) Doan

Linda Sue (Buckingham) Doan, 73, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022.

She was born on January 10, 1949, in Horse Cave, Kentucky, to the late Willie and Lola (Bush) Buckingham. Linda is survived by her husband, Harold Doan; daughter, Nena Byrd; stepdaughters, Mary Velazquez (Raphael) and Amanda Clinkinbeard; and brothers, Mike Buckingham (Julie) and Philip Buckingham (Anita).

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with her funeral service taking place at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville.
