Lincoln passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at his home, surrounded by his loved ones. He will be deeply missed, but his spirit lives on in the countless hearts he touched.
Lincoln Jose Arturo Ramjohn Leon was born August 7, 1951, in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. He was the son of Gloria Leon de Ramjohn and Lincoln Ramjohn Moonah. He was the fourth of six siblings. He spent his early childhood in Trinidad and Tobago before migrating to Venezuela with his family.
With over 40 years dedicated to the oil shipping industry, Lincoln's career was a legacy of hard work and perseverance. His unwavering spirit and passion left an indelible mark on colleagues, friends, and family alike.
He married Rina Lopez de Ramjohn in January 1973. Together, Lincoln and Rina charted their own path of adventures, pursuing their dreams and inspiring those around them. Their love was an enduring example of understanding, perseverance, and respect, which touched everyone who knew them. Together, they built a beautiful family, blessed with three children: Arturo Ramjohn, Gisela Ramjohn, and Lincoln A. Ramjohn.
Lincoln is also fondly remembered by his siblings: Francis (+), Linda (+), Giovanni (+), Hilario, and Bernadette; his nephews, nieces, and grandchildren: Camila, Amanda, Fabiana, Andrés (+), Valentina, Sara, Virginia, Santiago, and Sebastian (+); as well as his daughter-in-law, Rostriny and son-in-law, Eric.
Lincoln was a beacon of dedication and love, profoundly committed to his family. A passionate soul, he infused every endeavor with relentless discipline, focus, and inspiration.
A gathering to remember Lincoln will be from 4pm to 7pm on Thursday, October 17, 2024, with family sharing at 5pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243.

Pasó su primera infancia en Trinidad y Tobago antes de emigrar a Venezuela con su familia.
